All products sold through this store are digital files. No physical book, printed manual or parcel will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Orders and payment
Prices and product details shown at checkout form part of the order. Access is created only after payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.
Delivery and access
Purchased files are delivered through a secure download link. Link duration and download limits are displayed with the order and may be renewed after purchase verification.
Permitted use
Products may be used only within the licence purchased with that product. Teaching, printing and editing rights can differ, so the applicable product and licence pages should be checked before purchase.
Restricted use
Unless expressly permitted, files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, shared outside the purchased licence or presented as the customer’s original intellectual property.
Support and changes
Contact support if access fails or an order is incorrect. Product details, prices and these terms may be updated prospectively, without changing rights already granted for a completed purchase.
